Production time

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. Embroidered items generally sit at the longer end of that range.

Delivery estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is:

United States: 3 to 7 business days
Canada: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the fulfilment facility. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged on arrival. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping restrictions

Certain phone cases cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore. Applicable restrictions are noted on the relevant product pages.
